Let's Go Men!!!

New Vision of Life Church is taking our Man Up ministry into the community! I will be leading circle healing groups for any men, 18 and older. Our spiritual, mental and emotional health are very important. Often, men do not get an opportunity to just be raw and vulnerable, without judgement so we can heal and become the best versions of ourselves! Let's heal and grow together men!

We will launch this on September 14th from 9:30am-11:30am at the Tolson Center ∙ Centro Tolson. These groups will be reoccurring every second Saturday of each month! Hope to see you men there!

How we think, feel and act are interconnected!

🛑 Interrupt your negative thinking with a positive thought. Arrest your thoughts so you can evaluate if what your thinking aligns with who you are and what is true. If it doesn’t, replace those thoughts 💭 with truth! Repeat that truth until you believe every word!

For example, I thought just this morning, “you will never overcome this”. However, now I am saying truth,” I will overcome this by the blood of the lamb and by the word of my testimony!!!
