Christian Community Health Care, Inc Our Services:

We provide medical treatments for short-term, non-emergency conditions. Typical treatments include those for:Acute illnesses (flu, colds, etc.)

Christian Community Health Care began in 1997 as a medical outreach ministry to rural northeast Allen County, Indiana, and has now grown to serve patients within a 30 mile radius (and beyond) throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio! Work and sports physical exams
Simple hypertension
Simple depression

All care is provided free of charge (donations are gratefully accepted). No income, insurance, or geographic restrictions apply. Priority is given to patients without health insurance. A donation of $10.00 is suggested for physical exams. We do request basic demographic information.

Christian Community Health Care will be closed from December 19 through January 5 as we pause to honor the Christmas season and give our incredible staff and volunteers time to rest and be renewed.

We are deeply grateful for the faithful service they provide throughout the year, and we believe rest is a gift worth protecting.

We look forward to welcoming patients back and serving our neighbors in the new year with renewed energy and compassion.
