Today we’re proud to highlight Alicia and her comeback story. ⬇️
Six weeks ago, prep for her July show looked very different.
Here’s what she shared:
“They say a setback is just a setup for a comeback, but 6 weeks ago, I wasn't so sure. 😅
Adductor tendinopathy decided to crash the party, and it threw a massive spanner in the works for my July show. I went from hitting my stride to barely being able to walk up and down the stairs. My stage poses were painful, my lifts were heavily modified (or scrapped entirely), and my body was starting to compensate in all the wrong ways. 📉
Enter . We got to work, and the progress has been night and day.
Today?
Moving with minimal pain.
Almost back to 100% loading capacity.
No more compensation patterns — just clean, strong lifts.
Prep is officially BACK on track for July! 👙👠
Rocking my new training singlet today — not an exaggeration, this is one of the best-fitting tanks I’ve ever worn. Feeling like the athlete you know you are again is the best fuel for this competition I could hope for.
Let’s work. 😤🔥”

We’re incredibly proud of the consistency, focus, and trust Alicia brought to the process.
Setbacks don’t mean stop.
They mean adjust, rebuild, and come back stronger.
If you’re modifying more than progressing in your training, it may be time for a structured return-to-load plan built around your goals.
We’re here when you’re ready.
