🚨 FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR TAYLOR COUNTY 🚨
Through Friday Morning

Taylor County is under a Flood Watch due to periods of heavy rain and elevated stream levels.

⚠️ IMPACTS

• Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks
• Waterways are already running high
• Additional heavy rain could lead to localized flooding

🌧️ ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Strong thunderstorms may produce 0.75 to 1.00 inch of rain in a short time
• Elevated streamflows increase flooding risk
• Snow and ice melt at higher elevations will add runoff into rivers and streams
