Pickleball Superstars Wednesday's class got a little creative with their pre-game stretching, dabbled in some odd balancing acts, played a few solid games and finished off the session with a 'plank-off' between Cindy and Rachel.. Balance participants love these sessions, Thank You Mel's Charities!

DSP Paula took her group to The Painted Creek for Mel's Charities PIGments for a Cause. This week's project was Faux Stain Glass Windows. The helpers at The Painted Creek showed the group an example of a piece in progress and assisted everyone with their creations.
