Today my husband had a meeting after church, so I made the best of my time 💗
Detox + sauna at Spa Grace for the win!

At about 15 minutes in, my water had turned orange — often associated with areas like the joints, and YES… my joints have been hurting so badly lately.

By 30 minutes, the water shifted to a more greenish/black tone, commonly linked with the liver and gallbladder. It’s always so interesting to watch how your body responds during a session.

In the sauna, I chose purple chromotherapy 💜
✨ Red supports deeper cellular stimulation
✨ Blue is known for calming and joint comfort
✨ Purple gives a beautiful balance of both — exactly what my body needed today
