Good morning..Hope all is well...would like to updrade/remind everyone the the Clinic is open. I do have some Covid-19 guidelines and other information to share with you.
1. WALK-INS are welcome however the office is attempting to schedule appointments in a manner that lessons contact with a large number of people at one time. Please call ahead of time if possible.
2. If you are sick or have been running fever the office can't treat you until you have recovered and are well. Also, if you have had contact with a Covid-19 person or have been quarantined I would greatly appreciate discussing that with you before entering the office.
3. This office is sanitizing all tables, equipment and anything people touch between patients for everyone's safety and will continue to do so.
One final thought....during this time it seems to me the focus on Covid-19 has been on staying away from sick people and each other and absolutely nothing on what you can do to stay healthy. For example, we have been told to shelter in place and stay indoors. Do you know one thing Covid 19 people have in common and that is low Vitamin D levels. Adequate Vitamin D is needed for the immune system to fight any virus. Staying indoors does not help this. Sunshine helps your body produce Vitamin D. Also taking a good supplement with Vitamin D3 is helpful. Next, taking a good multivitamin with a adequate level of Zinc is needed. Extra Vitamin C is also a good idea. Drinking water and staying hydrated
is absolutely essential. Practice these things. Get outside often. Do some outdoor recreation daily and lets focus more on staying healthy.
