UPDATE: All Faith Community Health System Clinics will be open Noon-5PM, Wednesday, January 28. Proceed with caution as you drive up and walk in as parking lots are still slippery.

Faith Community Clinic in Graham is able to refer you to Faith Community Health System for higher levels of care when necessary. Our main campus is in neighboring Jack County, just a short drive away. In fact, many of our employees commute from Graham so you may see familiar faces during your visit.
Our Graham Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm. Walk ins are welcome Monday-Saturday at 1005 Hwy 16 South or you may call or text us at 940-282-2512 to secure an appointment. We look forward to taking care of you.
