During Administrators week , we are proud to recognize an extraordinary leader who represents the very heart of Graham Oaks our Administrator, Roxy.

Roxy’s journey is a true example of dedication, growth, and passion for serving others. She began her career at Graham Oaks working night shift as a Charge Nurse, caring directly for our residents. From there, she stepped into marketing, eventually serving the Graham and Wichita Falls markets as an Area Marketer while simultaneously working hard to earn her bachelors degree in healthcare administration.
Roxy then completed her Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program right here at Graham Oaks and proudly obtained administrator license in May 2025. Her journey reflects not only her determination, but her deep belief in this facility and the people we serve.

Roxy has always had a vision for Graham Oaks, to create an amazing place where members of our community can come to live, heal, and complete their rehabilitation with dignity and exceptional care. That vision is reflected in everything she does each day.

Beyond the walls of Graham Oaks, Roxy is incredibly active in our community. She serves as a Chamber Ambassador, sits on the Meals on Wheels board and is a proud member of the Lions Club, always working to make our community stronger.

But what truly makes Roxy special is the way she cares for people. She supports her staff, uplifts those around her, and brings a light into every room she walks into. Her leadership, compassion, and commitment make Graham Oaks a better place for our residents, families, and team.

We are so grateful for the years she has dedicated to this facility and so proud to celebrate her this week.

✨ Meet Our Social Worker – Marci Whitney, LMSW! ✨

We’re excited to highlight Marci Whitney, our incredible Licensed Master Social Worker here at Graham Oaks!

Marci has been a social worker since 2005 and has spent her career serving patients in healthcare settings including nursing homes, hospitals, home health, and hospice. Her passion has always been helping people feel empowered during health crises, especially when life feels uncertain and out of their control.

One of Marci’s greatest joys is seeing the weight lift off someone’s shoulders when she’s able to provide helpful resources, options, or simply be there to listen and make someone feel heard. That compassion and support make such a difference for our residents and their families.

When she’s not advocating for our residents,
you can usually find Marci coaching or cheering on soccer, volleyball, baseball, or football, spending time fishing or enjoying the outdoors, hanging out with her husband and kiddo, or working on her small business.

We’re so thankful to have Marci as part of our team and for the heart she brings to our residents every day. 💙
