✨My own version of the pyramid! ✨

✨DAILY non-negotiables: Cleanse, exfoliate, tone, hydrate, and sunscreen! This is the foundation for all skincare treatments. If you are getting tox but not washing your face properly, you’re wasting your $$$. Daily skincare is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing for healthy skin!

✨WEEKLY/MONTHLY routines: Deep exfoliation and/or gentle peels keep your skin happy and healthy and keeps the DULLNESS away 😉. I personally do an enzymatic peel and/or a masque weekly. There are several options of products that work well for this.

✨3-6 MONTH routines: Microneedling is my #1 favorite treatment and I personally do it every 3 months. Tox can last 3-4 months before needing refreshed. A deeper, stronger peel is a great way to end summer and lighten that summer pigment!

✨1-2 year options: Fillers and biostimulators are good occasional options to restore volume and help induce collagen and elastin production. These treatments are not needed frequently if you have the right injector 😉
