We are the Local Mental Health and IDD Authority for Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, and Somervell Counties in Texas. As the Local Mental Health Authority for a 6 county region, we are here to help you or your loved one struggling with mental illness, substance use, intellectual or developmental disabilities. We offer a 24-hour crisis/intake line to anyone who may need it. If you find yourself or a loved one in crisis, please call

Due to severe weather conditions, outpatient clinic locations will open at noon today in Erath, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Palo Pinto and Somervell counties.

Appointments before noon today will be rescheduled or conducted via telemedicine. Pecan Valley Centers will contact individuals to let them know about appointment rescheduling or telemedicine through usual communication channels.

⚠️ Please be cautious navigating roads and walking through parking lots if you travel to any clinic locations today. ⚠️
