Thank you for your patience as we worked to bring this new class to the schedule.
We’re excited to announce Flow Sculpt officially launches Monday April 13th at 8:30am🎉👏🏻

What to expect
Think of your favorite Vinyasa flow with an added spark. We incorporate light hand weights and high-repetition movements to target muscle groups all while staying connected to that breath-led movement you love.
We’ll emphasize focus on stability and endurance, helping you feel sculpted and energized.💪🏻⚡️

The studio does have dumbbells available: 1lb - 5lbs.
Weights are always optional— you can make this practice as intense as you want.
