Did you know that Cliffview Assisted Living has a little store? The store is stocked with essential items and lots of goodies, which gives residents an alternate option so they don't have to leave the building if they don't want to.

Residents can also earn 'Cliffview Bucks' by participating in all things Cliffview and can spend them in the store. The store is also run by residents, and staff can make purchases as well!

Help us in congratulating our March Innovator of the Month, Christina!

Christina, a Lead Dietary Assistant, has played a key role in creating positive change within Dietary Services through process improvement, adaptability, and strong collaboration with Nursing and CNAs in long-term care and staff at Cliffview Assisted Living, as well as hospital staff in Kremmling.

She does an exceptional job supporting both the Kremmling Hospital and Cliffview, ensuring meal service processes run smoothly while maintaining organization, food safety standards, and accurate inventory management.

In addition to her operational innovations, Christina goes above and beyond for residents by personally making birthday cakes for residents at both facilities, which has become a meaningful highlight and greatly enhances resident satisfaction and morale. Christina consistently demonstrates leadership by supporting CNAs and staff at Cliffview, responding to resident and patient needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and overall satisfaction.

Her dedication, creativity, and willingness to add a personal touch to the care experience have made a lasting and innovative impact on both patient and resident experiences in Kremmling.

As of 11:07am, power has been restored at our Granby Campus.

Middle Park Health's Granby Campus is currently without power due to an area outage. At this time we are awaiting information on when power will be restored. We are running on generator power to essential areas of the hospital like the Emergency Department which will remain open.

Our primary and specialty clinics have preemptively cancelled morning appointments. Our registration and scheduling staff is reaching out to all patients to reschedule. Physical Therapy patients are still being seen as scheduled.

Thank you for understanding. We will post an update as soon as power is restored.

Join us in celebrating our March Employee of the Month, Cassie!

Cassie came to Middle Park Health as an OR traveler a year ago, and after her family fell in love with the area, they decided to stay, and Cassie became a full-time employee. She has since taken on the role of OR Lead and has played a large role in the growth of surgical services.

She juggles a lot of day-to-day activities on top of other duties that sometimes come up unexpectedly. Cassie's positive demeanor and friendliness provide a welcoming feeling for patients, staff, and providers.

Congratulations Cassie, and thank you for all that you do at MPH on a daily basis!

Our amazing educator Lo, has been stepping up in a big way!

From discussing the high school internship program on KFFR to teaching in the classroom and presenting during the GES Career Day, she's making a significant impact on local students who are interested in a career in healthcare. She recently taught a lesson at MPHS about counting and recording radial pulses, which is a vital skill in healthcare!

It's Health Care Human Resources Week!

A lot goes on behind the scenes at Middle Park Health to take care of the staff that diligently takes care of our patients, and we couldn't do it without the support of our HR team.

Anette, Director of HR, balances everything from employee well-being to retention and recruitment, all while also leading her own team. She takes great care in looking out for our employees and ensuring we are all continuously embodying the values of MPH.

Lucinda, our organization's first recruiter, is at the forefront of employee hiring, screening candidates to ensure we get the best possible people to fill open positions. She strives to help MPH achieve its mission and goals by exhausting all avenues to find quality candidates.

Konni, who has been with MPH since 2019 is an essential member of the team who jumped in and kept the train going during a gap in directors and had to learn a lot of HR by immersion. She is always quick to answer inquiries and help employees.

Mandy is our newest HR team member, who joined right at benefit open enrollment time and came in ready to help. She runs our new-hire onboarding and is the first person to welcome new employees to the organization, which she does with grace and charm.
