We do different workouts every day, at a high intensity to burn the most fat and gain the most strength. You will use your body to run, jump, do pushups, situps, pullups, kettlebell movements, weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, sled pushes, rope climbs, and tire flips. Education is extremely important, and we discuss healthy eating along with how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is open to all fitness abilities!

Will handstands ever get easier? We are here to try and make it happen! Try this upside down shoulder shrug to get your shoulders more active in the handstand position. Three sets of ten might be plenty ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜‚

If you sit at a desk for most of the day these stretches might feel great before an overhead workout. Make sure to do these on both sides to loosen up your shoulders, chest, and midback. ๐Ÿฉป

These little power packed packets have vital things like: Sodium, potassium, magnesium. A healthier heavier carb load the night before is key to giving your body energy for the next day
Examples: Vegetables, Brown rice, beans, potatoโ€™s!! DONT FORGET PROTEIN, this is our friend!!(this will vary from person to person, try and reach your body weight in grams!)

ATTENTION PARENTS ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ

Big CrossFit Kids announcement!

With such success with our kids program we wanted to give everyone an oppurtunity to try it out!

We will be offering a โ€œFamily WODโ€ starting in February:

- It will be the last Saturday of the month (first one is February 24th)
- It is completely FREE to anyone that would like to join (we only ask that you sign a waiver beforehand)
- The class will go for roughly 45-60 minutes and is open to all ages!
- The class will include a warmup, fun and simple workout and a stretch at the end
- Remember to bring some water and proper workout attire!

This a great chance to come in and workout with your kid and show them how important health and wellness is!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

If you have any questions on our recurring kids classes, Coach Nick will be available to talk with after the class to answer all of your questions! If you have any questions beforehand feel free to reach out to him at nick@weareresolutefit.com

Have you heard or had experience with a Physical therapist? Not sure what they do? If you or a loved one you may have in mind that has suffered from an injury or chronic disease that makes them feel helpless? Has it affected their movement and range of motion? Well seeing a physical therapist should be in your future! Invest in yourself and your health.
