Monday & Friday 6:30 am -Cardio
You choose what you will do: walking, Spinning, Any cardio machine —- I’ll coach you through a workout using interval training!
Tuesday & Thursday 6:50 am SUPERFIT
Get your muscle conditioning in with this HIIT class that is sure to shape your body lean and strong!! All levels. Dumbbells and Spri bands and yoga mat is all you need!
Saturday 7:30 am Yoga
This is an amazing experience that everyone can enjoy. It is sure to strengthen and tone while relaxing and stretching your body in a way that leaves you INVIGORATED! 🧘♀️
