With Thanksgiving right around the corner, many of us are gearing up for full tables, full schedules, and… let’s be honest, sometimes full stress levels too.

As the pace picks up, don’t forget: you deserve some care in the chaos. Take a breather, sneak a quiet moment, enjoy something just for you. A little self-kindness goes a long way this season.

And let’s show some love to the people who make the holiday magic happen. The organizers, the cooks, the “come to my house, I’ll handle it” folks. Take care of the carers. Even the people who hold everything together need a soft place to land.

Our newest location at 1370 S. Lapeer Rd is opening November 10th — and we’re thrilled to begin serving the community.

We’re now scheduling appointments for:

- Psychological testing
- Play therapy
- Telehealth
- A diverse team of clinicians with unique specialties

Our hearts are heavy in leiu of the recent tragic events in Grand Blanc.

As members of the Grand Blanc community, we are devastated by the tragic shooting that occurred in our hometown. We are heartbroken for the victims, their families, and everyone whose lives have been forever changed by this senseless act of violence.
This tragedy touches us all. As neighbors, as friends, and as a community. In times like these, it’s more important than ever that we come together with compassion, strength, and unity.
Please check in on one another. Offer support. Lean on your loved ones. And remember that it’s okay to not be okay. Grief, fear, and confusion are natural responses to tragedy.
