Prana Yoga Center A Dynamic Vinyasa Flow studio compassionately supporting each student’s unique journey.

Prana Yoga Center is a compassionate and inspired Vinyasa Flow community created by Jennifer Whipple, BA, E-RYT in 2003. Jennifer enjoys helping her students cultivate and express the flow of prana creatively through the evolution of their practice. Her background is rooted in the Ashtanga-Vinyasa tradition and she is known for her inspirational style of teaching, incorporating a sense of humor and creativity. Jennifer's root teacher is Jonny Kest of The Center for Yoga, and her current teachers are Tim Feldmann and Kino MacGregor of Miami Life Center. She holds a BA in Communication Arts from Michigan State University and is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Mama of four, stepmom of two grown children, and grandmama of three, Jennifer resides in Grand Blanc with her husband Steve and their cat Kali.

3) Golf swings 4) Twisting hugs 5) Swimmer slaps 6) Monkey arms
