Using the Stretch-Eze for pushing and pulling is pure fun—and it’s doing a lot of quiet work under the hood.

Pushing and pulling provide heavy-work input, which supports proprioception (body awareness) and helps the nervous system feel more organized and grounded. This kind of resistance builds core strength, shoulder stability, and coordination, while also offering a safe outlet for big energy. The rhythmic back-and-forth can be naturally regulating, helping children release tension, focus their attention, and feel more connected to their bodies.

In short: it’s play that builds strength, confidence, and calm.
