Our first Somatic Skills Group has come to a close, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful for what we were able to cultivate in our space.
Over the past 6 weeks, we slowed down and practiced somatic skills that most people have never been taught. We learned to notice what the body is communicating, and build practical skills for regulation, boundaries, and nervous system support in everyday life.
What stood out most wasn’t perfection or “getting it right,” but the small moments of awareness, honesty, and connection that started to grow over time. Taking the time to learn how to work with the body instead of against. It can be quiet and uncomfortable work, but it is also very powerful.
We are incredibly thankful to everyone who showed up with openness, curiosity, and willingness to try something different. This group reminded us how much people are craving spaces where they can feel safe, supported, and understood – not “fixed”.
We will be offering another Somatic Skills Group in the future for those who are interested in continuing this work or looking to join for the first time.
If this kind of space resonates with you, we’d love to have you join us! Reach out or follow along to be the first to hear when the next group opens.
