🎄 Remove clutter around walkways

🕯 Use flameless candles instead of real ones

💡 Add extra lighting near stairs or entryways

One of her favorite reminders to clients, family, and friends is simple, powerful, and so true: “Our bodies were meant to move.”

In the clinic, Stephanie empowers individuals to rediscover strength, confidence, and independence — supporting progress every step of the way with patience, encouragement, and expertise.
