🎶 Music with a Mission 🎶
We are so proud to share that our very own Cassandra Hovet will be performing at the Hope Love Sing event this Thursday, April 9!

While many of you know Cassi for her work here at the practice, her "philanthropic heart" extends far beyond the office. She’ll be joining forces with the talented Betsey Aasen for an evening of piano and song dedicated to supporting our community.

Support Hope Love Sing: Featuring Hannah Odegard 🎶🎹
We are thrilled to announce that Hannah Odegard will be sharing her music with us at Hope Love Sing!

Hannah is a true product of our local arts community. Her journey began right here in elementary school, eventually flourishing through the prestigious Grand Cities Children’s Choir and Thompson High School summer theater. With a background in Music Education, Hannah brings a beautiful level of craft and soul to the stage.

While she’s spent years performing original works at local coffee shops and collaborating with her brother and bandmates, she now finds her primary audience at home with her children. We are so grateful she is stepping back into the spotlight to help us support the Red River Children's Advocacy Center (RRCAC).

Why we are gathering:
The RRCAC provides a safe, supportive environment for children who have experienced abuse. Most importantly, they offer their specialized services completely for free to ensure that every child has access to healing without a financial burden.

By joining us for a night of Hannah’s music, you are helping ensure these vital services remain available to the children in our community who need them most.

✨ Artist Spotlight: Alaena C**n & Kimberly Campbell ✨

We are so excited to introduce our next performers for Hope Love Sing! Please join us in welcoming the incredibly talented Alaena C**n, who will be taking the stage accompanied by her mother, Kimberly Campbell, on the piano.

Alaena is a 23-year-old powerhouse originally from New Jersey who has called Grand Forks home for the last two years. While she’ll be returning to the East Coast later this month, she is thrilled to perform one last time for a cause that matters.

🎭 About the Artist:
Alaena has become a familiar face in our local arts scene! You may have caught her recently as Mrs. Bucket in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Antonio in Pinocchio, or Pinduli in StellaLuna. Beyond the stage, she and her mother bring joy to the community by performing at nursing homes and appearing as beloved princesses at children’s birthday parties.

🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You:
Alaena wants to give a huge shoutout to Kathy King and the Grand Forks theatre community for reigniting her passion for the stage. She also sends love to her boyfriend, Brian, and her parents for their endless support. Finally, a special thank you to Cassi and Amber Waves Therapy, PLLC for inviting her to be part of this mission once again!

💙 Supporting Our Little Ones at Hope Love Sing! 🎶
We are just days away from Hope Love Sing this Thursday, April 9th! While we are coming together for a beautiful evening of music, we also want to provide some tangible comfort to the children served by the Red River Children's Advocacy Center.

We are hosting a donation drive during the event to help restock their Comfort Closet. This closet is a vital resource that offers children a sense of security and a "piece of home" during their time of need.

How You Can Help:
We’re inviting our amazing community to bring new, unused items to the event. We are specifically looking for:

🧸 Comfort Items: New plush blankets and stuffed animals.

📚 Activities: New books (all ages), puzzles, and small toys.

🎨 Creative Outlets: Coloring books, crayons, and art supplies.

Where to Drop Off:
Look for the designated donation station inside the venue! You can drop off your items at any point during the evening.

Every donation helps provide a moment of peace and a smile to a child in our community. We can’t wait to see you there and wrap these kids in our collective support! 🤝✨
