Our clinicians attended the North Dakota Behavioral Health Children and Family Conference this week — marking our 4th annual Woodnote training trip! 🌿

Each year, we choose a conference to learn, connect, and grow together. We’re grateful for these opportunities to bring new ideas and insights back to our work with children, teens, and families. 💚

🌱Please join us in welcoming Jamie St Claire to the Woodnote Team!

"Jamie is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in North Dakota, currently working towards her clinical license. Jamie graduated with her Masters in Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2020. Jamie is an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa. She moved to the Grand Forks area in 2015 to pursue her degree in Social Work. A lot of her experience comes from case management in child welfare, addiction, and hospital case management. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. While she is new to the private practice world, she brings a fresh
perspective, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping others grow and thrive.

Jamie believes in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. Her approach is client-centered, and while she is not yet trained in a specific therapy modality, she is actively working toward advanced training to expand her skills and provide the best care possible.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her son and being outdoors with him and their dogs — whether it’s going for walks, exploring new places, or just enjoying the sunshine together. She enjoys traveling and making memories with her family whenever she can, finding joy in the little adventures that come with it. These moments help her stay grounded and remind her of the importance of connection, balance, and presence — values she carries into her work with clients each day."

The Woodnote team is excited to announce that Sarah Lei will be joining our team! 💚

Sarah is available to start seeing clients starting September 8th, 2025! Give us a call at 701-757-1425 to schedule!

Sarah is a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California. She brings specialized training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, attachment therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Sarah works with clients ages 9 and up, offering support through life’s many seasons, whether navigating the effects of trauma, moving through major transitions, or coping with grief and loss. She has experience working with both adolescents and adults in psychiatric settings, supporting individuals through complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
With a warm, person-centered approach, Sarah combines evidence-based practices with empathy, respect, and authenticity. She believes therapy should be a safe and empowering space where clients can strengthen resilience, build practical tools, and discover new ways of moving forward. Having turned to therapy herself during challenging times, Sarah brings not only clinical expertise but also a personal understanding of the courage it takes to seek support.
Outside of the therapy room, Sarah enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, camping, and spending quality time with her loved ones. When indoors, she can often be found binge-watching a favorite show, if she finds time between motherhood and daydreaming about one day owning a hobby farm filled with miniature animals.

Please join us in welcoming Sarah to the Woodnote team!
