Trigger Points (or knots as most people know them) are small sections of the muscle that gets knotted up and creates a lot of pain.

When the entire muscle is knotted up that would be considered a cramp!

Some are easy to resolve but most are difficult and take more than one session to release!

If you’re feeling a lot of pain in any of these areas with the red dots, don’t wait to book a session. The longer you wait the harder it will be to get relief 🤌🏼🙃

Not sure what to book first? 🤔

Personally, I recommend getting a massage before getting adjusted since your tense muscles are usually why your bones aren’t in the right place! Getting a massage first makes the adjustment easier and last a bit longer 🤗

BUT! Everyone’s different so try both and see what feels better for you! 🌿

If you’re in Grand Forks I highly recommend seeing Dr.Holli who is also located in HudSun!

It’s just that time of year and coming off the holidays spent around lots of people! If you’re not feeling well, please reschedule ASAP! You will not get charged a fee since you really can’t help getting sick!

I also don’t want to get sick and have to reschedule 10+ people or go days with no income! 😅
