Altru Care Flight is looking for experienced Flight Nurse professionals to join our air medical transport team in Grand Forks, ND.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000-$15,000 (based upon experience)

-Qualified individuals who are offered and accept full time employment will be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus (this sign-on bonus may be eligible for a scaled increase up to $15,000 based upon the amount of prior flight experience the candidate has).

Blocked 12 Hour Schedules

-Our full time Flight Nurse schedules are blocked together in subsequent 12 hour shifts. The blocked scheduling is based upon a 5 week rotation following an assigned pattern that equates to 14 twelve-hour shifts worked in a 35 day block (with team members scheduled to work only 2 out of 5 weekends over the five week period):

3 night shifts followed by 6 days off
3 day shifts followed by 5 days off
4 night shifts followed by 5 days off
4 day shifts followed by 5 days off

Crew housing available

-Fully furnished housing is provided at no cost to crew members who travel into Grand Forks to work with us. Amenities at the provided crew housing include fully furnished quarters, cable/high speed internet, snow/lawn care, and heated garage.

Program Background

-Altru Care Flight has been providing air ambulance services to the North Dakota/Minnesota region for the last 3 years. Providing safe transportation and high quality medical care to the patients of the region is our primary focus. In addition, our programs’ in-network status with payers in the region allow us to provide our transportation services for little to no cost to the patients being transported (no memberships required).
