As measles cases have been identified in North Dakota, Altru encourages anyone experiencing symptoms — or who may have been exposed — to call the Altru Nurse Advice Line (701.780.6358) before seeking in-person care.

📱 The Nurse Advice Line is available 24/7 and offers expert guidance on next steps.

If you plan to visit an Express Clinic in Grand Forks or East Grand Forks, please use our virtual waiting process:

1️⃣ Park in an Express parking spot and remain in your vehicle
2️⃣ Call to check in and report your symptoms
3️⃣ You will be notified when a room is safe and ready for you

Common symptoms include:
• Fever
• Rash
• Cough
• Runny nose
• Red, watery eyes

We will address questions and concerns posted with replies during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, within 48 hours or sooner. If you have a question about an upcoming appointment, please call your provider’s office directly or send a message via MyChart. To report an incident or submit a complaint, please call 701.780.5000 or 800.732.4277. For general information requests, you can email contactus@altru.org.
