Hello everyone! I am Deanna “Dee” Decimus Holmes, and I am honored to be part of Rural Leadership North Dakota Class XI.
I am a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Owner of All Embracing Home Care, LLC. I also own and operate affiliated ventures, including All Embracing Home Care Foundation, CAFF Property Group, El Way Child Care & Learning Center, and Kidwell Signature Cleaning all that support community and family well-being.
With more than thirteen years of experience in home care support, I am deeply committed to helping seniors and individuals with special needs live independently and with dignity. Through compassionate, high-quality care, my team and I strive to make it possible for every person to live their best life at home.
A native of Roseau, Minnesota, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Management from St. Cloud State University and a master’s degree in Administration from the University of New Mexico. My career journey has included roles as caregiver, care manager, memory care lead, and managed care coordinator, each reinforcing my belief that respect and compassion are essential in every interaction.
I am grateful to have been recognized as North Dakota’s Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration and to have been featured in It’s Her Brand Magazine and Fargo Inc. for my leadership and community impact.
Outside of work, I stay active in my church, community and volunteer any chance I get. My wonderful husband Stephen and I have a blended family of 9 kids, and yet we still find time to do outdoor activities together!

🧹This November, All Embracing Home Care is hosting a Cleaning Supply Drive to support our clients — many of whom could use a little extra help keeping their homes safe, clean, and comfortable.
We’re collecting donations of cleaning items or cash contributions to provide essential supplies like old towels and rags, vacuums, brooms and dustpans, trash bags, disinfectants, wipes, paper towels, and other household essentials. Every item donated helps a local senior live more independently and with greater dignity.
How you can help:
✔️Drop off cleaning supplies at any of our 3 regions. Fargo, Grand Forks, or Bismarck!
✔️✔️Make a financial donation to help us purchase needed items in bulk.
