WEATHER UPDATE – GRAND FORKS, ND

We are tracking a developing winter system that will bring impactful snowfall to the Grand Forks area, with totals expected in the 4 to 8 inch range.

🕒 Timing:
Snow begins late tonight, becoming steady overnight and continuing through much of tomorrow. The heaviest snowfall rates are expected during the morning hours.

🌨️ Impacts:
• Snow-covered and slick roads developing quickly
• Reduced visibility at times, especially during heavier bands
• Difficult travel, particularly during the morning commute

📊 Bottom line:
Plan for a plowable snowfall event across Grand Forks. If you have travel plans, allow extra time and use caution.

The Memory Cafe will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2026 from 1:00-3:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1405 S. 9th St. The program, "Surviving Alzheimer's for Caregivers - Medical Considerations" will be presented at 1:30 pm by Mary Ann Devig, RN. All are welcome. The event is free. Refreshments served following the program.
