Using psychological science to improve performance. Do you want to perform at the top of your potential? Using cutting-edge psychological science, I help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve peak performance, foster athlete mental health, and apply sport psychology principles that translate both in and out of sport. My approach is practical, science-backed and tailored to the unique demands of competitive sport environments. I specialize in working with college student-athletes and also work with athletes at other competitive levels (high school teams, National and Olympic team members, professional athletes). I work with athletes in over 20 individual and team sports. I present nationally on topics related to mental health, performance psychology, professional well-being, and interprofessional collaboration to corporate, healthcare, and sport audiences. Because I take confidentiality very seriously, I do not disclose the athletes and teams with whom I work. I also do not post testimonials about my work with others, as I believe it is best to not give information that could identify my clients.

📣 COLLEGIATE STUDENT-ATHLETES: Are you ready to return stronger mentally as well as physically after injury?

💰 You can also win up to $300 in gift cards if you participate!

Ready, Set, Return (RSR) is a 4-week, self-directed, video-based program built just for collegiate athletes to build the mental skills that help you feel ready to return after injury.

🔍 Being medically cleared doesn’t always mean you’re ready. Many athletes meet physical benchmarks but still hesitate, fear re-injury, or question their ability to return to sport.

⏲️ It takes about 11 minutes a day, on your schedule, alongside your physical rehab.

🧠 Skills you’ll learn: Building confidence in your body and movement, managing fear of re-injury, staying motivated, and keeping your athlete identity strong while you recover.

Who should sign up

1️⃣ Collegiate athletes currently rehabbing or returning from an orthopedic injury

2️⃣ Athletes who want more than just physical recovery—you want to feel ready, not just cleared

3️⃣ Athletes who are willing to invest a little time each day for big-picture gains

Mentors & supervisors in sport psychology: This one is for YOU!

Save $41 with early registration (ends Friday)!

Ethical decision-making is the bedrock of competent sport psychology practice. But here’s the challenge: Even seasoned practitioners can miss when an ethical dilemma is unfolding.

As mentors and supervisors, you play a critical role in shaping how trainees learn to navigate these moments. Yet, guidance on how to actually teach ethical thinking in supervision is scarce.

That’s where this webinar comes in. You’ll learn:
✅ How to help trainees recognize and act on that “gut feeling” something is off
✅ Tools for building resource accumulation skills to support ethical practice
✅ A strengths-based ethical decision-making model grounded in positive psychology
✅ Experiential strategies to sharpen your own mentoring and supervisory skills

Don’t miss out on practical, evidence-based strategies you can immediately apply in your work.

I am dedicated to helping athletes find success in all areas of their lives: sport, academics, work, and relationships with themselves and others. We work together to develop an individualized plan based upon goals we identify together. These plans can be short-term (during the competitive season) or long-term (year-long periodized mental training plans corresponding to physical training plans).

Given mental health factors may also impact performance, I also work with athletes to optimize their mental health. We address a variety of factors that may impact mental health, such as sleep, priority management, and stress management.
