The sun is out today and I couldn’t help but to take a moment to walk the boardwalk during a break.

The sunshine, fresh air, movement, and water were just what I needed.

What is this beautiful light shining through my office window? ☀️

This morning I woke to the trees covered in snow, the kind that sticks to each branch and looks like a winter wonderland…beautiful and let’s face it…I also thought, “I’m so over this!” 😉

Then the wind came and whisked the clouds away 💨

☀️☀️

I think this is true for life too.
There are going to be moments of “I’m so over this!” but a shift will happen and things will become more clear.
I promise.

We will find our way to the floor (or a chair if that feels more available) to learn about the reflex points of the spine. During this time we will do some gentle movement, experience stillness, and I would love to provide you with a 5 minute mini session if time permits.

Eczema isn’t just a skin issue.
It’s often a sign that something deeper wants your attention.

In my work, I use reflexology and the CLEAR Method™ to gently explore what the skin might be expressing, especially for those navigating chronic illness, autoimmune flare-ups, or long-held emotional stress.

The body speaks through the skin. It processes what the nervous system, immune system, and emotional body can’t always release on their own.

In our chair yoga class today we used the mantra, “Let it”
As a breath comes - let it - then let it move
When a thought moves in - let it - then let it move
If a shoulder is near the ear - let it - then let it move

It took a whole lot of accomplishments to get to this point today.

I wish I would have taken a photo of the before!
It seemed overwhelming and impossible to get here but, I remembered I only have to do one thing to start uncovering….each time I completed something it was a win.
