Oh, the weather outside was frightful... but, Reflexology was SO delightful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Lauren from Roscoe Reflexology Saturday. Lauren taught us how reflexology can benefit people with plantar fasciitis or neuropathy, both of which we at Tru-Fit help people with regularly.
Now we have one more tool in our arsenal of foot knowledge! Thank you for sharing your skill and passion with us and our community, Lauren!
