What if you could learn to fix your own pain?

Most people think physical therapy is just about managing symptoms, but the McKenzie Method is different.

Through detailed movement assessments, we create a plan that not only treats your current problem but gives you the tools to keep it from coming back. The best part? You’ll walk away knowing exactly what to do if pain ever tries to creep back in.

Curious how this method works (and why we use it)? 👉 grandhavenpt.com

Our Story

ReSOLVE Grand Haven Physical Therapy exists to educate and empower individuals to reduce or eliminate their pain and symptoms, restore full function, and return to optimal health. In short, to get people back to life, doing what they love.

We are not a conventional physical therapy practice. We are certified in and use the unique McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy which goes beyond typical physical therapy. With active involvement and education, patients learn how to 'fix themselves' and in the process decrease the need for medications, injections, and even surgery. Greater than 80% of patients with musculoskeletal pain can resolve their problems once they know how.

ReSOLVE patients learn mechanical tools to 'self-adjust' their body and valuable skills to remain symptom free.
