Heather + Cassandra have worked together before and are excited to combine our knowledge and skills to offer you exceptional treatments!

Just a reminder of our Winter Appointment Policies. Normally, we require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or client pays a cancellation fee. For Illness and Severe Winter Weather this cancellation fee is waived. We want you to stay comfortable and healthy and we’ll reschedule you when we can!

With the new office expansion - Megann Rogers from Sacred Haven Wellness has decide to join us a few days a week and we couldn't be happier to have her energy and expertise join our team.

Here's a bit from Megann:

My work is centered around the nervous system and the belief that we heal most deeply when we feel safe in our bodies. I specialize in restorative, intuitive bodywork, weaving in Traditional Chinese techniques like TuiNa, Gua Sha, and Acupressure to support release, grounding, and reconnection — approaches I studied at the Academy of Alternative Healing Arts in 2018.

I’m passionate about helping clients come home to themselves — especially those who are burnt out, overstretched, or disconnected from their needs.

You can find Megann in our Couples Massage sessions by appointment or Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings join her for her Signature Massage Session or Moon Cycle Rituals to feel deeply restored and pampered.

Wow, that went fast!

Just a few couples massage opportunities left in February. With the new office expansion underway, you will be seeing more couples and group opportunities available.
We will also have the option to do a facial + massage at the same time and same room depending on which therapist is available. (We did one of these today and it was lovely!)

Facial Client + Massage Client same time; either same room or separate room options:
