We chat often about our longer sessions... the stillness, the depth.

But there's something equally special about our shorter treatments too.

I hear this all the time—“Don’t your hands hurt every day doing massage?”

Honestly, usually no. We’re trained to work with our bodies, not against them. Proper body mechanics, intention, and care make a huge difference.

But what does catch me off guard is when my body decides it needs rest before I planned for it.

This work only happens when we are physically able to show up fully for the people on our table. Sometimes that means listening when our body says, “slow down.”

Today was one of those days.

A small reminder that even those of us in the healing space have to pause, recover, and take care of ourselves too.

A little tidbit on Heather's VIP booking - Did you know you get a small discount on certain services for participating in this program? More info to come later!

How does it work?

To make things a little easier on our busy lives Heather offers VIP booking in three chunks throughout the year (Jan - May, June - August, Sept - Dec) and allows VIP guests to grab up the spots early. This allows for my regularly scheduled clients/ friends to get a promised spot.

We all know how fast those nights and evenings book up (summer is almost booked with Heather in those times completely!) And I want to make sure you get the time you need.

What's left on the schedule is opened up a little later to new guests. If you're on a strict schedule and would like the ease of not thinking about scheduling every time you're in - this program is for you.

Heather is slowly opening up the VIP scheduling for June - August.

If you're new to this - Heather books her year in three large chunks (around the kids school and summer schedules)

And opens this scheduling up to regular booking guests FIRST. That way if you HAVE to have a certain appointment time its much easier to promise that to you.

Especially if you need nights and weekends, those are filling up fast already! Heather will be working Wednesday evenings and one Saturday a month this summer. The rest are morning/ daytime spots.

While Heather is out of town for classes at the begining of May, Megann will be in the Juniper office keeping things moving along.

Megann has found her niche in Precision Headache Treatments and her own Moon Cycle Massage - a session created to support your body through your cycle. She is also open for customized massage and balances the tension relief and nervous system support beautifully.

Cassandra's summer schedule is now up and running - and very limited! So if you need to grab a spot with her, I would reach out right away.

A reschedule means a last minute opening for you! Heather has a morning spot for massage or facials available April 30th.

May 1st - 7th Heather will be out of town for a Double Continuing Education Training. One to become a Certified Instructor and another for expanding her Pregnancy and Postpartum knowledge.

Megann will be holding down the fort while she's away and messaging will be open.

If you're looking for a little "you" time during Spring Break this month we have a few last minute openings ready for you.

Megann is available Saturday the 11th at 1pm or 2:30 for a Customized massage or one of her specialities including the Precision Headache Treatment or Moon Cycle Massage.

Cassandra has one opening left this Thursday evening, April 9th at 7:15pm for Customized Massage, Facial, or one of her speciality Myofascial Release Treatments.
