We’re often asked what is a subluxation?
A spinal subluxation occurs when a vertebra shifts out of its normal position, creating restricted movement and irritation to surrounding nerves.
This misalignment can interfere with normal brain–body communication, which may contribute to symptoms such as:
-Stiffness
-Headaches
-Tingling or discomfort
-And more
Unlike a full dislocation (where bones completely separate), a subluxation is more subtle. It’s a functional change that can affect how the spine moves and how nerves send signals throughout the body. Getting adjusted will keep the spine moving, functioning and support overall health and wellness.
