♥️ A Message of Gratitude and Transparency as We Look Toward 2026
As we approach the end of another year, we want to take a moment to reach out with deep gratitude. Thank you for trusting us with your health, for referring your loved ones, and for continuing to show up for yourself and for our practice. You are the reason we do what we do.
Each year, we also share any updates you can expect moving into the next. These conversations often include the difficult topic of price changes.
For 2026, our goal was simple: do everything in our power to avoid raising costs for our long-term maintenance patients. We understand how heavy the financial world feels right now. When Standard Process notified us of a 5% supplement increase, we felt that pinch just as strongly. We know passing those costs along isn’t realistic for many families and switching brands would compromise the formulas you rely on. Neither option feels right.
We also understand that many of you pay for health insurance you barely use, and that natural healthcare is seen as a luxury. The truth is: it shouldn’t be, and yet we live in a system where that’s the reality. We are deeply grateful that you choose us and trust us to care for you and your family in spite of those challenges.
This past year was tough for nearly every small business in Grand Island, including ours. Our staff deserves the raises needed to keep up with the cost of living, yet increasing patient fees felt like an impossible ask. We’ve had honest conversations about the financial sustainability of this business. We’ve asked ourselves over and over: How do we grow without raising prices?
The answer was clear, we have to reach more people and spread our mission even further.
So we invested:
• in marketing,
• in events and education,
• in a new website and new headshots,
• in social content to help more people discover natural health,
• in diet and lifestyle coaching to save patients money on supplements long-term,
• and in exploring a satellite office to support patients driving from northwest Nebraska.
Every decision has been made with your experience and your wallet in mind. We want you to know that we see you, we hear you, and we are doing everything possible to minimize additional costs while still caring for our team and keeping our doors open. This is our livelihood but more importantly, it’s our mission.
To everyone who has left us a Google review, attended an event, referred a friend, voted for us in GI’s Best Of, or supported Dr. Keri in TopDoc, please know those acts mean more to us than you could ever imagine. They cost nothing, yet they move our mission forward more powerfully than any purchase ever could. You give us the ability to keep healing this community, one patient at a time.
We love our work. We love seeing you each month. And truly without the steady support of patients like you, we wouldn’t be here today.
