Dr. Hartshorn and Dr. Griffin were two among many Physicians and healthcare workers who received the Pfizer COIVD-19 vaccine on Wednesday and Thursday at St. Mary's Hospital.

When asked what Dr. Hartshorn was feeling after the shot he responded, "I'm actually really excited to have gotten the vaccine, I think it'll keep me safe and the rest of our caregivers safe in a time of a lot of unknowns." He goes on further to say, "I really believe in the medicine and the science behind it, I also believe in process to make the vaccine and checking it's safety. Ultimately, I am very proud that we have been able to fast track it to Mesa County"
