Rest & Reflect — New Year’s Eve Yin Practice

Join me at 5pm at The Zen Den in Fruita for a gentle, grounding yin practice to close out the year with intention.

We’ll slow down, soften into stillness, and move through nourishing shapes that support deep release as you transition into a new chapter.

Bring a journal, a cozy layer, and an open heart as we rest, reflect, and create space for what’s next.
