Shrinking isn’t a personality trait.
It’s a survival strategy.

For years I didn’t realize how much over-functioning was actually shrinking me — my voice, my relationships, my business, and even my health.

Because I learned to stay small to stay safe.

I was recently invited onto a podcast to unpack:
