Just a quick reminder, when coming in for acupuncture, wear clothes that are loose enough to roll above your elbows and knees. You can also wear or bring shorts to change into, or layer them under your sweats!

Dealing with rheumatoid arthritis? Acupuncture might offer some relief you’ve been searching for.

Here’s how it can help:

Eases pain by triggering your body’s natural painkillers

Helps reduce inflammation in swollen joints

May calm overactive immune responses

Lowers stress (because flares and stress? Not a good combo)

Boosts blood flow for faster healing and mobility

While it’s not a cure, acupuncture can be a gentle, supportive piece of your RA toolkit. Always talk to your care team, and tune into what feels right for your body.

Call us today to see how we can support!

TLDR: YES!

Most of us are glued to our screens these days; work, scrolling and binge watching. We aren’t here to judge, just offer some support!

Screen time can lead to:

Eye strain and dryness
Tension headaches
Neck, shoulder, and upper back tightnes
Trouble focusing or feeling “foggy”

This happens because prolonged screen use overworks certain muscles and can slow circulation to key areas like the eyes and head. Your nervous system also stays in a mild stress mode, making it harder to fully relax.

Acupuncture works by targeting specific points that:

* Increase circulation to the eyes, head, and neck

* Release tension in overused muscles

* Calm the nervous system, reducing stress and headache frequency

* Promote better focus and energy flow throughout your body

As the seasons shift, so does your body’s energy. Fall is all about slowing down, supporting your lungs, and grounding your mind before winter’s stillness sets in.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lungs get a lot of the attention in the fall; the organ of breath, release, and reflection.

As the leaves fall, we’re reminded to let go and take care of ourselves too.

Come on in for an appointment this season, it could be just what your self care ordered.

We can’t put a price tag on feeling good, but we know how easy it is to put ourselves last in the budget.

That’s why we love reminding our community that acupuncture doesn’t have to be a luxury.

Just like you plan for groceries, outings, or that “one quick trip” to Target 😉 your wellness deserves a spot in the budget too.

Because when you feel your best, everything else in life gets better too.

With acupuncture, the spot that hurts isn’t always the spot that gets a needle.

For example: if you come in with jaw pain, we might not place a needle in your jaw at all. Instead, we may use points in your hands, feet, or other areas that connect through your body’s energy pathways.

Your body is deeply connected, and acupuncture works with that connection to bring balance and relief.

We also love answering any and all of your questions before, during and after treatment!
