- being tired but wired
- digestive issues that come and go
- tension that never fully releases
- shallow sleep or early waking
- feeling emotionally reactive for no clear reason

These can be signs your nervous system has been working overtime.

Acupuncture supports the body’s ability to regulate, repair, and return to balance by communicating directly with the nervous system.

To schedule a treatment, you just need a body that’s been carrying more than it should; which may be true for all of us in 2026.

Stand up + gently swing your arms side to side across your body (let them be loose, almost floppy) This opens the chest, gets blood + Qi moving and is great for that “stuck at your desk” feeling.

Calf Raises: Slowly lift your heels up and down. This activates circulation, moves energy up and is amazing for any heavy, sluggish feeling.

Press + massage between your eyebrows (gentle circles) this can calm the mind and help with brain fog.

Take 3 slow breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth. The classic reset.

We know the 2p slump well and this always helps us push through!

Acupuncture has been preformed in a community setting for thousands of years.

We have a beautiful community room at both of our locations with several recliners. In this setting several people can receive treatments at the same time; this creates a healing energy (Qi). We talk in low voices in the community room in order to respect privacy.

We can’t wait to see you! Schedule you appointment with us today.

Acupuncture is one of those gifts you give to yourself that keeps on giving!

These are a few of our favorite “pro tips” for after your appointment:

-Rest if you feel sleepy

-Drink water to help your body process the treatment

-Avoid heavy workouts immediately after

-Journal about how you feel..sometimes the benefits unfold over a day or two

Save this to come back to after your next appointment!

Ever wondered why your acupuncturist asks to see your tongue before your session?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, your tongue is like a little map of what’s happening inside your body. Just a quick look and it can reveal patterns your body is trying to communicate.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

-Color can point to things like energy levels, heat, or circulation.

-Coating: A thick, thin, dry, or greasy coating can give clues about digestion, hydration, and internal balance.

-Shape: Swollen, scalloped, or thin tongues can reflect things like nutrient absorption, fluid balance, and overall vitality.

-Cracks or markings: These can hint at long-term patterns in the body, like stress, digestion, or yin deficiency.

All of this helps us understand what your body needs before placing a single needle.

Pretty cool, right?

You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to start feeling better.

Acupuncture meets your body where it is and gently brings it back into balance.

Here’s what that can look like for you:
• Less pain, more freedom in your body
(chronic pain, tension, recovery support)

• A calmer mind + deeper sleep
(stress, anxiety, mental clarity)

• Steady, natural energy
(no more running on empty)

• A stronger immune system
(get sick less, recover faster)

• Better digestion + hormone balance
(less bloating, smoother cycles, more ease)

• More emotional stability
(feeling grounded, not all over the place)

• Long-term, preventative health
(supporting your body before burnout or illness hits)

If you’ve been feeling off, tired, tense, or just not like yourself… acupuncture could help you feel like you again!

Hot flashes, night sweats, mood shifts?

You’re not imagining it, menopause brings real changes and can be a rollercoaster.

Clinical studies show acupuncture can help regulate hormones, calm the nervous system, and reduce the severity of menopause symptoms, naturally and safely.
In fact, one study found women who received acupuncture reported fewer hot flashes, better sleep, and improved overall well-being in just a few weeks.

Acupuncture is about helping your body find balance again.

Ready to feel more like you again? Let’s talk about how acupuncture can support your next chapter.

Whether you’re navigating stress, chronic symptoms, burnout, or just feeling a little off…we are here to meet you where you are.

This is care that meets you where you are.

1. Eyes soft or closed, shoulders dropping
2. Exhale longer than you inhale
3. Find your Pericardium 6: 3 finger widths below wrist crease, center of inner forearm.
4. Gently press here for 30–60 seconds.

This 1-minute reset:
* slows your heart rate
* shifts you out of fight-or-flight
* and gives your body a moment to recalibrate

This point helps with anxiety, nausea, and calming the heart.

In acupuncture, we’re constantly working with these pathways
but you don’t have to be on the table to start supporting your body.

Sometimes it’s the littlest things that get us through the day.
