Join us on Thursday, December 12th at 3:30pm for our November Diabetes Group Class!
These classes are presented by Vanessa Carter, Registered Dietitian
and Lora Page, Family Nurse Practitioner. Both Vanessa and Lora are Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists and are dedicated to helping our patients live their best lives with diabetes.
What this month's class covers:
✅ How to recognize the signs of stress and depression
🧠 How our eating and exercise habits impact our mental health

Classes are held at our 3150 N 12th Street location and are covered by most insurances. Check to see if your insurance covers diabetes education classes before registering.
