To grow into my path is to meet myself daily.
To study what this mind can hold, what this body can carry, what this soul is brave enough to become.
To be comfortable inside the uncomfortable.
I learned Watsu without ever receiving it. No reviews, no expectations, no blueprint. Just a whisper. An astrologer once told me I was meant to heal near water. The very next week, I was introduced to a beautiful family at and who spoke the language of water and presence.
It felt like a sign. So I said yes.
That yes turned into a hurricane of a week. A dismantling. A remembering.
Watsu taught me about presence so deep it felt sacred. About communication that is felt before it is spoken. About mindset shifts that soften the sharp edges of ego. About loving myself and others in healthier, clearer light.
For the last 3 to 4 years I’ve followed these signs. Not blindly. But faithfully.
In conversation with the universe. In quiet dances with the collective. In moments where God feels less like a concept and more like breath between movements.
Healing in water reminded me we are meant to float before we learn how to fly and transitions are meant to be felt.
