Lately, I’ve been noticing how the energy is shifting — the air is cooler, the evenings come sooner, and my body naturally wants to slow down. This is the perfect time to lean into warmth, nourishment, and rest.

Here are a few simple practices helping me stay balanced right now:
🌿 Warm herbal drinks in the morning to awaken digestion and immunity.
