Meet Jeff Pitts, a mission-driven leader who left the high-powered world of law and federal government to serve where it matters most: in the homes and hearts of Western Colorado seniors.
As Owner of Comfort Keepers of the Western Slope, Jeff leads a team of nearly 300 caregivers and staff, serving hundreds of seniors every single week across Western Colorado. His franchise is one of the top-performing Comfort Keepers territories worldwide — a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence, compassion, and innovation.
🧭 During a high-pressure career as an attorney and federal executive in Washington, D.C., Jeff made a bold move:
“I wanted something more personal—something that helped families like mine care for their aging loved ones.”
Jeff’s commitment to quality care is driven by both personal conviction and professional excellence. Under his leadership, the agency has grown rapidly while staying rooted in compassion, accountability, and innovation. He’s especially passionate about ensuring rural seniors and family caregivers—often overlooked in the broader healthcare system—have access to the support they need to thrive at home.
💼 In addition to leading Comfort Keepers, Jeff serves as President & CEO of Stellae Varius, a boutique private equity firm focused on purpose-driven acquisitions. He brings over 15 years of experience in law, finance, and federal procurement oversight, including auditing and managing risk for contracts exceeding $60 billion annually.
