Residential Window Service Located in Grand Junction, we specialize in cleaning the windows in your home. We are bonded and insured and committed to your complete satisfaction.

Residential Window Service only does one thing: We clean the windows in your home. You paid for the vistas your home enjoys, it is part of the reason you live where you do, you should be able to savor that 'million dollar view' every day of the year. Our priorities are excellence in service, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. We do not run a '$99 Special' because our priority is to always be the best and we are never likely to be the cheapest. We do not entertain commercial or business accounts, though we would be happy to arrange said services through a qualified compatriot. The service always includes sills, tracks and screens in addition to the panes themselves. You can think of is as a window detailing as opposed to a simple cleaning. RWS is fully insured and bonded. Bids are free within the Grand Valley and guaranteed. Third and fourth story work available at a premium.

RWS is glad to see the rain here in The Valley! If it left your windows less than perfect and you want an outside touch-up done keep in mind that outside panes are typically priced at $5 apiece with a $75 minimum. $100 if we need a ladder. :)
