We owe you an apology.

Apparently, our shakes, supplements and coaching programs have made too many people fall back in love with taking care of themselves.
Some of you are skipping your biscuits for your morning shake.
Others are feeling guilty for not finishing their water quota.
And a few of you have been caught inspiring your friends to start their own journey, and it’s spreading like wildfire.

We get it.
When good nutrition starts showing on your skin, energy, and smile -
it’s just hard to stop.

So yeah, we’re sorry.
Sorry for making healthy living a little too addictive.
Sorry for making confidence your new default setting.
Sorry that your old jeans suddenly fit again.
And sorry that your family
keeps saying, “You look amazing. What did you do?!”

But since we’re not actually sorry…
We’ll keep doing what we do —

Unknown Fact about Me: Thirty years ago, I survived a traumatic brain injury that required emergency surgery. While attending the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign as a freshman, I was involved in a motorcycle accident at five months pregnant. The accident caused me to be thrown into the air and land on my skull, resulting in hemorrhaging. I spent two days in a coma after undergoing surgery, and although the medical team did not expect me to survive, I woke up. The doctors had prepared for the possibility of delivering my baby prematurely, but fortunately, that was not necessary. I attribute my survival to divine intervention and am grateful for the gift of life. 🙌 🙏
