Grateful for a wonderful opportunity at Coventry Woods Apartments this week 🥰. Our Director of Behavioral Health, Becca Benjamin, presented to residents regarding kindness and inclusion. Great conversations were had, and it was a reminder to think of how our words and actions can affect others.

💛In her personal life: Brooke balances life as a mom to a toddler, spending time with her family (cats included, of course!), unwinding with reality TV, and always has a Diet Coke within reach!

We seriously don't know what we'd do without Brooke - thank you for all that you bring to our team!

Everyone wants to be seen. Not for the surface stuff, but for who they really are. Giving a compliment that goes deeper than how someone looks, to how they walk through life, can stay with a person much longer, and be way more meaningful.

CHALLENGE: Next time you want to compliment someone (your child, coworker, or the barista at your favorite cafe) include a non-physical compliment and notice the reaction. You are connecting in a deeper way, and these few words can actually have a bigger impact than you may realize on someone’s life.
