These are four Guiding Principles that I use in my daily practice. When I practice craniosacral therapy, I feel deeply connected to me inner source of light. The wisdom guides me to how I am to serve and who I can help. When my heart is open, I meet the most wonderful people. When I struggle to connect to my light, I find the good and allow the tough emotions to move through me. When I make space to connect with those that life me up, we show each other what is possible. In this way, giving is also a way of receiving. Which guiding principle resonated with you today?

There are training schools that give their students an overview of CST in one or two days. While it is likely a great intro, there is no other institute that has the depth of knowledge, best practices and research as the Upledger Institute International. Created by Dr. John E. Upledger, DO, OMM. Have you received care from a therapist trained by the Upledger Institute? My clients have told me when a practicioner is using the Upledger method, they can feel the difference.
