We would LOVE to welcome our newest instructor!

Say hello to Katie Jeffers! 👋🏽

Katie is a mother to two wild souls, a mindful movement artist, and cozy textiles enthusiast.

As a 200hr certified yoga teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist in-training, she is devoted to nurturing the whole human with a sanctuary for energetic renewal. Katie is passionate about supporting others to find easeful wellbeing while moving with intention, creating with heart and elevating everyday rituals.

Her practice celebrates the magick of creative living—on and off the yoga mat. If you’re ready to prioritize play, weave creativity into your daily life, and awaken your inner wholeness, you’ll feel right at home with Katie.

Her morning Vinyasa class is held every Tuesday & Friday morning from 9:30am -10:30am 🤍 come flow with her!

🌬 Breath – Inhale. Exhale. Repeat. Your breath is the simplest way to come back to yourself.
