This week, our students stepped into their future by presenting their business plans. They shared their ideas, goals, and vision for life as Licensed Massage Therapists. These presentations reflect months of hard work, perseverance, and dedication.

Best news all weekend! Another student called to let me know she passed the MBLEx ✅👏🏼🎉 Even better, she doesn’t graduate for a couple weeks, so she’ll be ready to hit the ground running once she has her diploma in hand!
Nine months in a program may seem like a lot, but as our students will tell you, it goes by fast. Lots of hours in class, at home studying, working on friends and family, as well as out in the community and events keep things moving along quickly. The important thing is that they trust the process, they put in the work and reap the rewards. We’re so proud of each and every one of them!

Mindfulness begins with something simple: a breath.

In our work as massage therapists, presence matters. A calm, intentional breath can soften the body, quiet the mind, and create space for healing.

At Synergy Wellness Academy, we teach our students to guide clients toward deeper awareness through breathwork. A gentle cue to inhale or exhale can help release tension, improve comfort, and support the nervous system during treatment.

When we breathe with intention, we connect — to ourselves, to our work, and to the person on the table. 🌿
