As the Tax Specialist, you will:

• Prepare, process and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of all tax returns: use tax, sales tax, B&O tax.
• Assist and support the preparation of income tax returns and filing process, maintaining paperwork and all accounting taxes, including estimates and extensions.
• Be responsible for Business License filings and renewals.
• Respond to tax-related correspondence, researching issues as they arise.
• Assist with tax audits and notices.
• Review operations and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state and federal statues and regulations.
• Develop new policies and procedures designed to improve the efficiency of collecting and reporting taxes; creating and maintaining work instructions.
• Manage tax software and implement new features and updates.

As the Product Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate daily support activities, deadlines, and milestones for the Lights category of our Clinical Products business unit.
• Assist in daily coordination, oversight, and triage of phone and email support for Senior Product Managers, Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
• Assist in reviewing and editing documents and collateral supporting Clinical Products product portfolio.

As the Sales and Channel Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Facilitate project management, opportunity management and proposal/contract review and creations.
• Be responsible for monitoring the Opportunity Management Center. Duties include following up with distributors, sales and internal staff on all new opportunities, scheduling and attending strategy calls and meetings and recording notes and project updates.
• Provide support to the Corporate Accounts Teams. Duties include creating price files, monitoring contract expiration dates and bid calendars.
• Maintain summary sheets, discounts schedule and online filing system. Follow-up on and approve tier requests. Respond to various request from customers and corporate accounts.
• Perform data analysis by running reports from IFS, analyzing and manipulating data to display activity, trends and baselines. Use data to develop reports, graphs and presentations to supplement proposal creation and support strategy.
• Be responsible for lead/opportunity generation. Duties include reviewing Definitive, Attainia, GPO sites and other third-party resources for new and relevant leads. Review certificates of need, qualifying leads via research or phone/email contact. Run monthly reports from various third-party sources.

For success in this role, you will:

As the Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Maintain continual contact with assigned distributors throughout the order fulfillment, ensuring orders are kept on track.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator, verifying inventory status and shipping requirements post order entry.
• Coordinate shipment activity, including but not limited to: preparation of shipping documentation, notification and confirmation of shipment to distributors, coordination of the return of equipment and processing freight claims for damaged products.
• Enter bill of material/quote data lines into ERP system, recording any discrepancies with the original quote/purchase order.
• Work closely with the distributor to resolve discrepancies once the customer has approved the configuration of various products.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and distributors related to order status, inventory availability (through the feasibility process), pricing and freight estimates.
• Provide return authorizations related to capital equipment and demo equipment, determining the proper credit due and inventory disposition for each item.
• Process distributor orders for parts and supplies received via fax or email. Provide customer support and enter orders from customers via call center.
• Be responsible for the post-shipment billing of customers and distributor equipment orders and recording any final adjustments, as required. Periodically collaborate with the Credit Analyst to create revised invoices.
• Negotiate on behalf of distributors and customers to resolve various issues including inventory availability and other time-critical challenges.
• Follow order entry by the Customer Service Specialist, review and interpret the job file including purchase order, quote, delivery requirements, and other distributor/customer specifications.

For success in this role, you will:

• Capably handle required administrative functions.

• Follow work instructions, procedures, safety guidelines and company policies.
• Meet productivity standards.
