I have so much going on in the works that you might not know!

👂🏼I am officially acudetox certified and have a shipment of needles on the way! So if you are looking to have some treatment done make sure to message me and I will get you on my list to schedule once they arrive!

🏕️ Spots are filling for the camping retreat! If you have been thinking about joining us there is still time for payment plans. Fill out the application that is on my website to see if this retreat is for you.

📱 I am working on putting my yoga video content on YouTube for anyone looking to practice with me but from the comfort of their homes. I canceled my yoga app but all the content is being shifted to YouTube. As soon as it’s available I will let you all know!

🧠 My list for humans interested in Craniosacral is growing rapidly which I am so grateful for. I am working on coordinating with my husband so I can start scheduling everyone who has shown interest. You will be messaged individually about appointments! The appointments will most likely be evenings and will be at my home studio in Alto (something to consider).

🍄‍🟫 April 26 will be my last scheduled Flow In Alchemy class until August. Taking the summer off to focus on family and the new trainings I have added to my modalities of helping humans. Be sure to sign up as space is limited. 🔗 on my website under events.

🏠 Also my husband has been super busy getting home projects done 👏🏻 Soon I will have a back entrance to my home studio which I am super excited about.

Over 30 hrs of training this weekend and this was the only photo I took!

This weekend I went to Detroit to get my first level of craniosacral training completed. I can’t wait to share this modality as it has a purpose for all bodies and can help in so many ways. If you are interested in experiencing this treatment please comment below and I’ll start creating a list and get you in my schedule 🥰 first time is free, then I will have a sliding scale each appointment after.

As we transition to spring (slowly) just as nature does. Give space for your mind and body to slow down, access your peace and tune inward.

Class starts at 10am with a hot cup of micro tea (optional) then a grounding restorative yoga practice with reiki. Followed by a guided meditation with sound bath.

My final acudetox clinic was last night. So so grateful for all those open to receiving this modality and trusting in me to offer it over the last few weeks.

I look forward to offering this in collaboration with my reiki sessions and plant medicine ceremonies (pre and integration). And stay tuned for fall clinics with sound baths.

This last week feeling extra aligned with all the energy I am putting into the world and to those who are open to receiving it all.

It’s not work because it doesn’t FEEL like work. It’s honor, it’s purposeful and it’s everything I have always wanted to do - make a difference for others.

Grateful for those who trust in me, to hold that space for you. Grateful for the spaces the allow me to show up as I am, not trying to change or mold me into something I’m not. Grateful for the organic connections I have made and in turn growing this community into something people dream of. Grateful for this path that continues to remind me that yes, this is where you are meant to be.

Soon I’ll be certified in acudetox and in 10 days I’ll be heading to my craniosacral training. Continuing this path of expansion and offerings to help those who are looking for deep and grounding healing. ❤️‍🩹

Stay tuned as I will be looking for humans to practice my craniosacral modality!
