The third trimester has been the most noticeable
“shift” for me as a first time mom in LITERALLY every way.

Not only is my body changing drastically day to day
- my entire being is as well.

My mind is no longer a logical brain. It is existing in a swirly state of grieving the past, and yearning for the future - all at the same time.

My heart is full of every emotion possible, at all times. Yet my words are unable to express what l am feeling.

My spirit is whispering softly, yet firmly to brace for the most beautiful, and powerful change possible.

It is a difficult and magical phase of pregnancy (& life) that I am grateful for! Morphing into Motherhood has been a greater-than-me experience, and I simply can’t imagine what is right around the corner. 👶🏼🩵🧸

Working hard to make sure my body and my baby are nourished - and enjoying tasty meals all days of the week!

Date Ball Third Trimester Recipe
(for those who dislike dates!)

- 24 pitted dates
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/4 seed mix (flax, h**p, chia)
- 1/4 cup warm peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup protein powder (Truvani Chocolate)
- 4+ Tbsp warm water

1. Add all dry ingredients into food processor and pulse until desired texture.
2. Add vanilla, warm water and peanut butter and run on low for ~30 seconds.
3. See if the mixture is able to be shaped into balls- if not, add a little water until it comes together.
4. Roll into 20 balls, and eat 5 balls a day to reach your 6 dates a day goal!
5. Enjoy! They taste delish!!

As a Holistic Practitioner, I was SO intentional when building our baby registry and buying items for baby boy. My top priorities are natural fiber materials as much as possible, avoiding any and all unnecessary chemicals or fragrances to come in contact with his skin and air, and items that support a natural transition for him out of the womb.

I have many more items just like these to share, if anyone is interested! What was something you saw that is new to you?

Third trimester NORA tea drink:

Nettle, Oatstraw, Red Rapberry + Alfalfa
- infuse 3 Tbsp with 3 cups water for 4-6 hours (or overnight)

1. Add ice to a quart jar
2. Add 3 cups infusion blend
3. Add coconut water to taste
4. Add juice (I do beet blend for iron) to taste
5. Stir it up and enjoy over your whole day!

Being comfortable AND keeping baby in the optimal position for an easier birth is my main priority at 35 weeks pregnant!

I’ve found the floor (with cushions) to be one of my favorites. Another is the birth ball!

2025 was jammed pack with some of my most precious memories in life yet!!!

Not only am I becoming a Mother, I have the BEST village around me. That includes all of you! I can’t express my gratitude fully, but know that my heart flutters each time one of my friends engages here on my page. You are the reason I keep showing up!
